Space Planner

Description:

We’re seeking to redefine the convenience industry and are looking for an experienced planner to join our growing Space Planning team. Together, we’ll bring to life our ambition of being my convenient neighbourhood store.
As part of our new position within 7-Eleven International, we’re evolving best practices in item-by-item management and curating broader range assortments that will meet the unique needs of every neighbourhood we serve.
In this role, you’ll contribute to dynamic transformation projects, pilot innovative merchandising approaches and tailor planograms to local customer needs.
You’ll also play a key role in an exciting transformation as we enhance our space planning capabilities using the Blue Yonder shelf and floor planning suite.
Day to day:
Manage and own the range review process across a portfolio of categoriesSpend your in-office days experimenting in our Store Innovation CentrePartner with Category Managers to deliver customer-focused ranges through performance analysis and clustered assortmentsDevelop and maintain customer-centric planogramsEnsure data integrity for all planograms and assignmentsContinuously drive innovation, improvement, and change within your portfolio

Your toolkit:
Retail experience in merchandising and Space Management (Micro OR Macro)Familiar with Blue Yonder Shelf and Floor Planning Software (or other relevant tools)Passion for retail and delivering customer lead outcomesStrong analytical skills and high attention to detailAdvanced knowledge of Excel and/or Power BIA track record in demonstrating stakeholder management and influencing skillsProven ability to manage multiple projectsAbility to identify and develop process improvement opportunities and develop supporting tools
