About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As an Adviser Growth Specialist you'll drive engagement with external Financial Advisers (EFAs).

Day to day, you'll:

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with EFAs through phone-based business development.
  • Increase product retention and sales by showcasing the value of our products and services.
  • Develop effective telephone relationships with EFAs, their practice staff, and industry groups.
  • Manage a panel of EFAs to achieve sales and retention targets.
  • Conduct phone campaigns to drive product sales, support new products, and promote events.

About you

As an excellent Adviser Growth Specialist you'll build strong, lasting relationships with advisers and know how to showcase the value of our products. You're great at turning leads into loyal clients and always put the member first.

  • You have experience in a phone-based sales role with a proven track record of generating and converting leads.

  • You have RG146 compliance in superannuation and life insurance or working towards it.

  • You have strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and communicate effectively.

  • You have knowledge of superannuation, insurance, and investment products, along with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and social media.

  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills, with a degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, or a related field as a plus.
