The Role:
The role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to generate leads for enrolments. Responsibilities will including planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategy and campaigns to support the brand and marketing objectives:
- Together with GM Marketing, develop strategy to support the introduction of the brand into the market and enhance brand visibility
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns to drive enquiries and enrolment.
- Develop brand and marketing assets and collateral to support campaign initiatives Website Management and Project
- Ensure website is optimized and functioning well
- Develop and monitor SEO
- Develop content and social media strategy
- Identify and establish new channels to reach target audiences
- Establish, measure and report on KPIs
- Continuously measure performance and identify opportunities for optimization and future strategies.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing roles
- Experience and proven ability in delivering both traditional and digital marketing initiatives to achieve brand and marketing objectives
- Strong experience in managing integrated campaigns including local area marketing
- Extensive knowledge of owned and paid above and below the line marketing channels e.g.; SEO, SEM, Social, Website, Display, OOH, press and broadcast
- Experience with digital segmentation, targeting, testing and optimisation tools
- Extensive experience using digital analytics to inform strategy and analyse performance.
- Proficient in digital metrics, analytics and reporting tools
- Experience in managing agencies effectively e.g. website developers, media, creative and SEO agencies
