We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Grovedale.

In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.
At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are below:
Week 1:
Thursday: 6:30am – 9:00 am (2.5 hours)
Sunday: 3:00pm – 8:00pm (5 hours)
Monday: 3:00pm – 8:00pm (5 hours)
Tuesday: 6:30am – 9:30 am (3 hours)
Week 2:
Thursday: 6:30am – 9:30 am (3 hours)
Friday: 3:00pm - 8:00pm (5 hours)
Monday: 3:00pm – 8:00pm (5 hours)
Tuesday: 6:30am – 9:30 am (3 hours)
Wednesday: 2:45 - 10pm (7.25) & sleepover

- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
- Employee Working with Children Check (Victorian)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Valid Victorian Driver's License
- Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
