MRX is the Australian & New Zealand one-stop shop for B2B DPF filter cleaning and aftertreatment services. We specialise in providing a premier service package backed up with high-quality aftermarket parts. We are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for our customers through a state-of-the-art workshop and robust inventory to keep our customers fleets running smoothly.Due to our success, we are currently seeking to recruit a Parts Interpreter who embodies Customer Service and has a passion for delivering outcomes and customer satisfaction. The position is based out of our Glendenning location and is a full-time ongoing role reporting directly to our Sales Manager.
The details:
- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 5pm
- Glendenning NSW location
- Free parking
- Up to 90k per year - experience based
- Combination role of Parts Interpreting and Customer Service
The duties:
- Manage customer inquiries and service schedules
- Accurately interpret customer sales enquiries, orders, and invoices
- Develop and maintain in-depth product and service knowledge
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (service techs, BDMs, accounts)
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Oversee and manage customer orders, quotes and follow ups.
- Provide expert tracking and delivery support
The candidate:
- 2 + yrs exposure as a Parts Interpreter
- Background or relevant exposure to Customer Service.
- Previous experience with ERPs/CRM systems - Salesforce / MYOB Exo
- Background within Automotive, Sales, or Technical Customer Service.
- Ability to cope and work well under pressure
- Ability to meet inherited deadlines.
- Strong customer focus with solid communication skills
- Forklift licence - Advantageous
