We are searching for a specialist who excels at connecting with others, actively listening, solving problems and thrives (or wants to) in the commercial world of real estate sales and leasing!

Real estate is a people-driven industry, and you need to be someone who can naturally build trust and solid relationships.

Your role will focus on providing solutions, assisting clients in creating wealth, and approaching every transaction with a long-term mindset.

  • Base Wage offering between $60k - $75k (depending on experience) + Allowances + Super + Comm, we’re open to talking to all levels of expertise.

  • Flexibility in your working week, you’ll have the autonomy to plan your days to maximize both client satisfaction and your success in the role.

The ideal candidate:
  • Central Coast based - individuals who are looking to relocate to the area are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Experienced Commercial Agents with knowledge and experience covering industrial and commercial clientele.
  • Experienced Asset/Portfolio Managers across the commercial space who are looking for more of a sales-focused role.
  • Experienced Residential Agents with great foundations in client management, selling principles and industry fundamentals.
  • Long-term mindset, who possess patience, empathy, and integrity.
  • Driven and self-motivated with a genuine desire to succeed.
  • Holding your Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agent (at a minimum) and/or Class 1 & 2 Licenced Agents.
  • Team player – you need to want to be a part of a team, have a laugh, share the wins and support each other through all the highs (and lows) that this industry throws at you.
  • Have a passion for the industry – this is a career not a job and in order to excel, you need to love what you’re doing.

General role and expectations:
  • Client relationship building and management
  • Account management of existing database
  • Growing your targeted portfolio
  • Listing commercial, retail and industrial property for sale and/or lease
  • Negotiation with vendors/buyers and lessors/lessees
  • Conducting inspections with prospective clients
  • Preparing and presenting sales submissions and property appraisals
  • Preparing and implementing property marketing campaigns
  • Networking and attending industry events
  • Preparing agency agreements and associated documentation
  • Prospecting and direct marketing
