Your responsibilities include:
- Engage with warm leads over the phone - no cold calling!
- Assist customers in understanding their options and recommend tailored life insurance solutions
- Build trust and meaningful relationships by providing expert advice
- Drive towards sales targets, consistently exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain compliance standards and provide general advice only.
- Previous sales experience - life insurance sales, or outbound contact centre sales experience is a plus
- Target-driven and motivated – eager to succeed and maximise earnings
- Pipeline management skills – ability to nurture leads and close deals
- Resilient and solutions-focused – thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
