About the opportunity

Steadfast Technologies provides exclusive market-leading technology to support broker and underwriting agency operations which underpins interactions with our insurer partners to support client outcomes. This technology positions us as a global leader in broker insurance technology (Insurtech) and facilitates our strong market position. It is a fundamental part of Steadfast’s value proposition to the market, with significant visibility at c-suite and the Board.

This strategic initiative is key to Steadfast’s growth and future proofing of our Products. This role requires strong governance, strategic vision, a commercial mindset and deep expertise in managing complex technology programs. The Program manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of this strategic initiative and must build senior Sponsor confidence throughout the build and that delivered solution(s) supports the diverse requirements of our Brokers while identifying and leveraging opportunities for technical innovation within our commercial requirements.

This is a 24 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the successful delivery of our program, managing the full project lifecycle from phased strategic scoping and program planning through delivery assurance and verification, operational org design, budget tracking and reporting and ultimate transition to BAU over a number of phases.
  • Manage and present Program governance to COO, CEO and Board.
  • Manage broad and complex stakeholder groups from external vendors, Brokers and cross functional delivery teams to ensure quality of delivery consistently across the Program.
  • Manage the impact assessment, planning and migrations of our Brokers onto the platform.
  • Work within the enterprise project management framework to enable the maturing of our delivery capability across Steadfast Technology.
  • Develop and implement change management and communication strategies.
  • Provide support and advice on program and project governance and foster the understanding and adoption of the project governance & management lifecycle at all levels of the organisation.
  • Support the implementation of frameworks and guidelines that promote value-driven delivery.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrated capability built over 10 years or more leading a complex cross functional program.
  • Significant experience with producing and presenting C-Level reporting and Board Papers to demonstrate progress and build confidence in roadmap.
  • Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team.
  • Proven experience with managing Tech Vendors across multiple projects to ensure their deliverables are aligned with the Business plan and expectations.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship building, support and advice experience.
