As a full time Arranger Conductor, your working career could mean a whole lot more serving families in your local community to arrange and prepare all aspects of the funeral service for their loved one. This role will offer you new life skills, personal growth and development, the opportunity to earn qualifications and progress your career in a personally rewarding industry.

Duties of an Arranger Conductor include:

  • Plan, coordinate and implement all aspects of the funeral service for a family and inform them with the various options available to honour their loved one.
  • Work closely with the family from first contact to guide them through what is required and respond to their requests with service options and solutions
  • Implement the funeral plan on the day, direct the team and provide support and guidance for the family

About you:

  • You are looking for a fulfilling career path with supportive management to help you succeed
  • Have strong customer service ethos and pride yourself on service delivery, problem – solving and customer satisfaction
  • Have a professional attitude, have empathy and compassion towards people
  • Be at ease working with grieving families and the deceased
  • Have a sense of fulfillment in helping families in their grief whilst maintain composure and professionalism
  • Have experience in customer service, aged care, hospitals, not-for-profit, event management and other care industries are beneficial, however not essential
  • Possess a full, unrestricted, driver’s license in SA
