About this opportunity:
ICC Sydney are currently looking for a passionate Live Events professional to join our team as a Live Events Assistant on a Full-Time basis.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Live Events in this role, you will:
- Act as administrative hub for the Live Events team including, but not limited to processing documentation and amendment, monitoring and responding to shared inboxes across live and ticketing, ordering of external items and creation of purchase orders.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of rosters and timesheets using the rostering program.
- Assist in the coordination and distribution of all interdepartmental paperwork necessary for the successful implementation of events.
- Assist with the event operational days ranging from printing and distribution of signage and briefing sheets to assisting both the Event and Ticketing Managers on the daytime shift.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Understanding of the Live Events, Operational requirements and experience with Internal and External Ticketing providers.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office package, event and ticketing management systems (i.e. Ticketek's Aspect, Momentus) is desirable.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, being able to produce a high standard of written reports and proven ability to use initiative.
- Willingness to work in a team or autonomously with minimal direction. Able to accept direction with a can-do attitude without compromising safety
- Well organised with attention to details and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to think strategically, with an analytical and creative approach to problem solving and creative solutions
