Role Overview:
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll manage a diverse client portfolio across various industries while delivering personalized advisory services. You’ll have the opportunity to shape clients' financial strategies, handle compliance tasks, and collaborate with a supportive offshore team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management & Advisory: Build strong client relationships while offering strategic advice on tax, financial planning, and compliance.
• Financial Statements & Tax Returns: Prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS, IAS, and other compliance documents.
• Tax Planning: Provide proactive tax planning advice to help clients maximize financial outcomes.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Identify and manage compliance risks and opportunities to enhance client financial strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the offshore team to deliver seamless client solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 4 years of experience in Australian public practice accounting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• An ambition to grow within a firm and potentially progress to a partner role.
• A proactive approach to tax planning and client advisory.
