  • Monthly social events, including family dinners, pool parties, paint and sip sessions, fur baby play dates, and sunset drinks
  • Annual team planning day with external speakers, team-building activities, and yoga sessions
Your Role:
As a Senior Paediatric Speech Pathologist with leadership responsibilities, you will provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy for children with speech, language, and communication difficulties. You will have the opportunity to supervise, mentor and support junior speech pathologists, contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. With your expertise and guidance, you will help shape the future of our practice and make a lasting impact on the lives of the children and families we serve.
Support you will receive:
  • Dedicated onboarding process: You will receive a one-on-one induction session with our Director, who will guide you through our databases, systems, and processes. Online training programs, pre-recorded by Senior Speech Pathologists, will be provided to familiarize you with our practice.
  • Reduced caseload to balance your leadership responsibilities
  • Administration support to handle all your bookings and billings
  • Regular in-house team training sessions for ongoing professional development and peer support mentoring to discuss challenging cases, if needed

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
