All-Rounders–Remote Far North Queensland

We are seeking experienced All-Rounders for this off grid property located in Far North Queensland.
Candidates should have previous experience in hospitality and be flexible to work across various departments.
The property offers onsite fuel, food, guest accommodation and camping grounds.
Being off grid, this role will suit candidates who enjoy living and working remote. If you love 4wding, camping, fishing and nature you will enjoy this location. The weather is warm all year round.
Commence: 7th April 2025
6 Month Commitment
Package:

• $33.99 per hour Monday-Friday
• $44.34 per hour Saturday & Sunday
• Accommodation & Basic Meals $150 per week

Duties: (This role requires candidates flexible to work across various departments as decided by the weekly roster requirements)

• Housekeeping-Clean and service rooms, general laundry duties, common area cleaning
• Work across all areas of the venue including shop, bar, cafe, kitchen, housekeeping and grounds
• Kitchen work includes making burgers and basic food, washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen
• Shop-Use of cash registers and EFTPOS, offering excellence in customer service, unpack stock, fuel sales
• Bar-selling pre-packaged drinks-adhering to RSA, clean bar, serve customers
• Work as part of a small team
• Other duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Willing to live and work in a remote destination
• Previous experience in hospitality
• Must have RSA & Food Handlers Certificate prior to commencement
• Able to work across all areas of the property
• Be a team player
• Excellent communication skills

Additional Information:

• Candidates need to be able to handle living and working in in a remote location.
• Ideally have own car
• Telstra 3G / 4G coverage available on site only
