About the Role
Mater Hospital Brisbane and Mater Private Hospital Brisbane Emergency Departments are supported by the Practice Administrator role. This opportunity is temporary part-time to cover a period of leave. The role is between 56-64 hours per fortnight, preferably Monday-Thursday. We are looking at a training period starting on 24/03/2025 which will run for two weeks (Mon-Thurs). The role will officially begin on 22/04/2025 with a handover and run-through, and will start in full solo from 28/04/2025, continuing through 09/06/2025, inclusive.
Salary range: $45.81 - $50.46 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
What you’ll be doing
Below are some of the key required tasks:
General Admin Support
- Data analysis and reporting using EDIS, Crystal Reporting and Excel
- Daily reporting for both departments
- Updating and distributing information
- Compiling end of month reports
- Performing audits
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven EDIS experience
- High level of customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own time and task deadlines
- Ability to provide efficient and effective administration support in a timely and organised manner
- Ability to perform reporting and data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to details
