Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Adelaide, SA for a Project Coordinator who will play an integral role in the delivery of projects between $5m and $30m which are set to break ground this year. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role works to support the project team establish, set and monitor procurement timelines for projects and provide operational team support required to achieve successful project delivery on time and within budget.
Core competencies for this role will centre around communication skills, organisation and attention to detail. With key responsibilities including the issuance of sub-contractor agreements and coordination of labour - understanding project milestones and procurement processes will be critical to success.
This role is based at Head Office in Adelaide, 5000 however will require regular site visits during construction.

Key Accountabilities
- Review, understand and administer contractual rights and responsibilities under head contracts and subcontracts
- Assist in the procurement of trades and negotiation of subcontracts.
- Produce and submit Head Contract progress claims and variations.
- Review and process Sub-contract progress claims and variations.
- Assist project team in the management, storage and appropriate dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders
- Comply with relevant HSEQ responsibilities, and ensure relevant procedures and tools are implemented
- Review of project correspondence and contractual admin (EOT's, Claims etc.)
- Coordination of RFl's, samples, tech data, and shop drawings.
- Regular review of program and identification of opportunities to minimise any risk of delay
- Project / commercial risk identification and development of mitigation strategies, ensuring risk control measures are implemented and maintained
- Inspection and assessment of construction works and assisting the project team to resolve specific construction issues that arise from time to time
- Attend office and site meetings with all relevant stakeholders ensuring they are appropriately scheduled, issue agendas for meetings, take appropriate minutes and disseminate minutes clearly identifying action items
- Ensure that all Practical Completion requirements are satisfied legally and contractually for each project
- Assist in stakeholder management including clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors as required throughout the project, including at site and contractor meetings and taking of minutes
Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3 years working as a project coordinator, site engineer or contract administrator.
- Current First Aid / CPR certificate
- Construction Industry White Card
Role Salary Range: (Experience and Qualification Dependent)
$90,000 - $120,000 Per Annum (ex Super)
