ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager with a strong background in the healthcare industry, to join our Brisbane CBD Clinic, Queensland (The Turrbal and Yuggera peoples), on a Full-Time basis. You will play a critical role in leading and managing its day-to-day operations whilst growing the clinic.
DUTIES
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
· Leading a medium sized team of health professionals
· The overall management of the practice, ensuring it operates smoothly on a daily basis
· Coordinating / liaising with doctors
· Monitoring accounts, budgets and finance management as well as information technology
· Training, mentoring and management of administration and nursing staff
· Providing a high level of assistance and communication to patients
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to lead our team in a fast-paced environment
· 3-5 years' similar experience within healthcare management, preferably within General Practice or Occupational Health environment.
· Experience in leading a team
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
· Experience using Medical Software is highly desirable, however is not essential.
· Ability to engage, motivate and manage staff to achieve desired business outcomes
· A strong commitment to customer service
