The Opportunity:While offered as a full-time position, this opportunity carries the flexibility to be able to adapt it to part-time for the right applicant preferring a more school hours friendly work roster.
The successful applicant will work with the team at Homemakers Glass & Aluminium in Nanango to ensure timely production and installation scheduling and accurate product and cost estimating for projects and quotes.

Applicants will be able to demonstrate:
- Organisational skills with attention for detail.
- Administration, data management and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical and numeric skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively in-person, by email and by phone.
- Proven computer skills including the use of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in the Building or Construction Industries.
- Estimating and / or scheduling experience.
- Knowledge of glass and aluminium product ranges.
- Relevant trade qualifications.
- Current White Card.
The following represents an overview of some of the duties:
- Arrange and monitor production and installation scheduling.
- Maintain contact with customers and the production team.
- Prepare materials and labour cost estimates for project quotes.
- Engage with suppliers to ensure competitive product pricing and timely deliveries.
- Maintain the pricing database to ensure currency of information.
- Maintain compliance with all site safety requirements.
An Award or above Award pay rate will be negotiated depending upon the experience, qualifications and skills of the successful applicant.
