Correct Safety is rebranding to Hart in the next month but still remains a family business at its core and one of Australia’s leading suppliers of safe access project solutions. The team at Hart understands that successful height safety system implementation is about more than just products. Their range of services include design, preconstruction, engineering and project management with exceptional customer support from start to finish of each project.
The Job:
This is a newly created role which is critical to growth and their dedication to invest in the continuous development of their existing sales team and plans for expanding into new regions across Australia.
You will be responsible for the oversight, care and leadership of an established sales team who respond to large volumes of client requests for quotes for Hart’s products and services, converting quotes to sales and managing the lifecycle of each project.
You will also be responsible for driving growth via your own business development activities, so this is a hybrid role requiring sales management expertise and the ability to lead from the front, combining new business sales and key account management.

Skills & Expertise Required:
- Proven sales leadership capability, a caring & collaborative approach to people management.
- Experience in implementing clearly defined and efficient sales structures and processes.
- Ability to provide insights and guidance based on data and strong sales reporting capability.
- Track record in leading a team and driving your own sales outcomes.
- Ability to build a strong network within the construction industry, architects and blue-chip firms.
- Demonstrated capability in solutions selling both face to face and via video/email/phone.
