Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) delivers a culturally safe and focused comprehensive primary health service.
About the role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager Aboriginal Clinical Services, this role you will provide administrative and reception support for the Aboriginal Family Clinic.
Duties for the role will include:
- Ensure client information are kept confidential and a professional service is provided at all times,
- Provide relevant information to the client regarding their appointment and in consultation with the clinical staff,
- Contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of our consumers,
- Demonstrating appropriate behaviours which reflect a commitment to the Department of Health values and strategic directions.

About you:
- Demonstrated effective communication, problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills,
- Experience in working in a collaborative team environment,
- Demonstrated ability to work in a culturally sensitive manner with Aboriginal individual clients, families and communities,
- Sound interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a respectful manner and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and other staff members,
- Sound analytical skills and to respond promptly to client within the scope of practice.
