Your next role:
  • Permanent full time role
  • Report into a Clinical Nurse Manager and work in conjunction with another Clinical Nurse
  • Be the clinical expert on the floor and the first point of contact for any complex care issues
  • Provide guidance, direction, training and mentoring to Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and AINs
  • Assist with the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the facility is compliant with legislation and accreditation requirements
  • Form positive relationships with residents and families to create client directed care outcomes

About you:
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential
  • Must have experience in a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Care Coordinator role within residential aged care
  • An approachable leader who enjoys empowering staff by providing mentoring, education and guidance
  • Driven, resilient, flexible and passionate about delivering exceptional care and customer service
  • Personable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships at all levels
  • Full working rights in Australia
