Your next position:
- 360 Principal Recruitment role on a HOT desk. (Could be a Manager role for the right person)
- Creatively and professionally generate and grow quality candidates and client partnerships, enabled by the resources we provide you, and the added unique magic ingredient that only YOU can bring

- Work with the Director in setting targets and implementing strategies to ensure these are achieved
- Complete timely reporting and maintain data integrity in line with company standards

- Demonstrate a successful track record as a high achieving Recruitment Consultant in a skills short sector (ideally Health Care, Aged Care, Community Services)
- Driven by results and a sense of ownership
- Proven success of growing your own desk/ business autonomously
- Confident networking and excellent relationship building skills
- Strong interviewing skills and an ability to probe for and extract relevant detailed information
- Possess self-motivation and discipline when working independently, and be able to work collaboratively with a small team
- Strong attention to detail, high standards, and see tasks through to completion
