ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Overseeing a range of regional and national surveying projects, as a Project Manager - Licensed Surveyor - Land / Cadastral, you will act as point of contact for stakeholders and clients, whilst ensuring the successful delivery of quality surveying services. You'll be involved from project tender to delivery, playing a crucial role and supporting the wider surveying team with your experience and expertise. Your responsibilities will include:
- End to end project management
- Oversight of project budgets and timelines
- Representing the wider company in building client & industry-based relationships
- Coordination of surveying equipment and field staff
- Mentoring & Supervision of more junior team members
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this Project Manager - Licensed Surveyor - Land / Cadastral role, you should have:
- Registered Surveyor status within Australia
- Extensive experience in leading Land & Cadastral surveys
- Strong knowledge of WA planning, surveying & construction regulations/processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead internal projects whilst managing a variety of stakeholders
- A current driver's license and valid working rights in Australia
