Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements.
- Lead product discovery efforts, ensuring business needs are effectively translated into product initiatives.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, monitoring performance and iterating for continuous improvement.
- Maintain and refine the product backlog, aligning with long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Define success metrics and track product performance.
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure seamless product execution.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through clear, consistent communication and high-quality delivery.
Profile
- A degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Management, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Exposure to environmental, operational, or sustainability-focused initiatives in mining or similar industries will be highly regarded.
- Strong interest in advancing your career in Product Management.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Passionate about leveraging digital solutions to drive positive business and environmental outcomes.
