WOW Recruitment is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join a leading heating and gas organisation in Sydney’s Inner West!
Step into a dynamic, phone-based customer service role with a sales component, where you'll manage service bookings, follow up on customer inquiries, and drive business growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Convert inbound and outbound inquiries into booked service appointments.
- Manage service bookings, confirm appointments, and send reminders.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers after completed jobs and 12-month warranty check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
- Proactively follow up on pending and outstanding jobs to encourage conversions.
- Oversee and manage the service bookings team, ensuring efficient workflow and task delegation.
- Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and troubleshooting complex customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and effectively use CRM systems.
- Work towards KPIs, helping to drive sales and business success.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a senior customer service or sales-oriented role.
- Experience in the trades or service-based industry is highly desirable.
- Sales-driven mindset with a hunger for success.
