Description:
Our client is seeking a candidate that has the experience of working in a busy HQ group. The role is designed for candidates who have held a supervisors role as Junior Leader in either of the three services. Candidates who understand simulation tools used in joint operations would be an advantage. Candidates who have been exposed to joint operations from an Arms Corp or Combat Systems background would be ideal.
The Role:
- Supervise the application and development of training activities
- Assist in the planning and execution of training scenarios
- Provide support for personnel on training courses or activities
- Provide insights and support to systems operators
- Manage and fault find the system on a needs basis
- Provide SME advice on simulation systems and virtual environments
Experience Required:
- Fully qualified JNCO (CPL, LS)
- Subject One Cpl course qualified
- Experienced in simulation training
- Understand ADF training management
- Candidates will hold an NV1 Australian defence clearance
