Manager, Group Credit Structuring (Commercial Banking)

Do work that matters:
It's an exciting time to be joining our Commercial Banking team and in this role you’ll be working with domestic, small to medium size enterprises with commercial facilities ranging from $1.5m to $20m originated by Commercial Banking. Other aspects of the role will include credit monitoring and overview, reporting, implementation of policy, operational risk, training and guidance across Risk teams and Business bankers.
You will learn credit and structuring skills, undertake delicate and sometimes challenging negotiations and develop an understanding of financial restructuring / insolvency processes.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

Experience in managing customer relationships with a preference for having assisted customers that require turnaround or financial restructuring.

Ability to demonstrate care by having compassionate, empathetic and supportive conversations with customers, whilst also having the courage to be firm, fair and pragmatic .

Ability to think outside the box, be curious and decisive whilst adapting quickly to new situations.

Provide sound, consistent risk management decisions.
