Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking a ServiceNow Platform Manager to play a critical role in managing and enhancing our ServiceNow platform. This role leads the operational management and the future roadmap of the platform, to deliver optimal solutions and seamless integrations with enterprise business services.
In this dynamic role you will:
- Develop and articulate a clear vision for the ServiceNow platform, define product roadmaps, prioritise features and enhancements that align with our enterprise strategies
- Lead a small team to manage the operational success of the platform, drive user adoption and maximise the value of ServiceNow
- Work closely and collaborate with all business and functional stakeholders to enable the successful delivery of platform solutions and integrations that meet business requirements
You are someone with:
- Proven experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations and ongoing operational management and road mapping, deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience managing diverse stakeholders and senior executives.
- Strong business acumen and familiarity with relevant business functions and work processes including IT service management, finance, and HR
- Strong leadership experience, proven track record in leading high performing global teams.
- Hands-on, pragmatic and agile approach, able to manage complexity and work effectively in a large, global and matrixed professional services organisation
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering), ServiceNow based certifications and other relevant industry certifications
