Our Team

This role is part of our corporate team, a central hub for Thales Australia. It’s where our shared services – think finance, legal, HR, procurement – come together to make sure all teams across Australia have access to the business services they need. Cross-functional collaboration helps us build out Thales’ capabilities – and helps us open up new career opportunities for employees all across the business.

  • Assisting with coordinating and collating bids and tender documentation
  • Support the management of projects and associated activities
  • Gaining insight into contract management and the differing models
  • Understand and developing project schedules and plans and play a key role in preparing for meetings
  • Assist with project reporting and other ad-hoc project administration
  • Gain an insight into risk management and associated activities
  • Understand workforce planning and related activities

Your Experience

What we value most from our graduates is a willingness to learn and the confidence to offer solutions, however the below will also come in handy

  • Recently degree qualified in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related degree, or be in the final year of completing for graduation end of 2022
  • You have a keen interest to understand how a project driven business plans and tracks its bids and projects to completion both from a cost and schedule perspective
  • You have exceptional communication skills and can easily build relationships
  • You are a quick learner who can easily interrupt information and put it to use
  • Must have Australian Citizenship to be eligible for security clearance
