About the role
The Business Support Officer, reporting to the NDIS & Specialised Services Manager will work closely with various members of the dedicated Carpentaria Operations teams, including Managers, Coordinators and support staff across all programs and service areas. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate billing of all client services and supports, while maintaining compliance with NDIS requirements and contributing to effective revenue management.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing of NDIS payment requests through the NDIA portal and managing service bookings
- Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for services rendered to NDIS customers and Plan Managers
- Verifying attendance files and reconciling billed hours with service delivery
- Addressing inquiries about NDIS billing
- Assisting in the preparation of NDIS payment request data as required
About you
We are looking for someone who is passionate and experienced in an administrative or finance position with high level organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and effectively manage workload to meet deadlines and achieve results.
You will also need to hold (or have the ability to obtain) a current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid certificate and an NT Drivers Licence.
