At Team Global Express , we’re revamping payroll operations for our 8,000+ employees and expanding. If you’re a payroll professional with a keen analytical mind and a passion for tackling complex challenges, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

We’re looking for a Payroll Business Analyst to join us on an 18-month fixed-term contract to spearhead payroll transformation and remediation projects. Your expertise in systems like Preceda , Kronos , UKG, Chris21 , Ramco , or ADA will be instrumental in developing a seamless, compliant, and future-ready payroll system.

Your Role & Impact

  • Champion Payroll Compliance: Navigate intricate awards, taxation, and superannuation to ensure precision and compliance.
  • Lead Payroll Remediation Projects: Identify and resolve compliance risks, designing scalable solutions that safeguard the business and our employees.
  • Drive Transformation: Support the automation of payroll systems, enhancing efficiency and employee experience.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with HR, IT, Finance, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Who You Are

  • You have experience in one or more payroll systems (Preceda, Kronos, Chris21, Ramco, ADA, or similar).
  • A problem solver with a proven track record in payroll remediation and transformation projects.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools like PowerBI.
  • A team player who can also work autonomously, balancing multiple priorities with ease.
  • Experience in payroll testing, verification, and remediation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
