The Opportunity
As a Weighbridge Operator at Cleanaway, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to our administration team.
- Liaising with customers coordinating the movement of waste on and off site
- Answering incoming calls, assisting with enquiries while providing excellent customer service
- Controlling some vehicle movements and directing traffic
- Data entry and reporting
- Assisting with EFT transactions
About You
You will ideally have an administrative background and be computer literate, with the following key skills:
- Intermediate computer skills are required
- Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of weighbridge operations is a plus, but we are happy to train you!
- A positive, friendly attitude and a willingness to be an integral part of our team
