Bellwether are Principal Contractors who provide Project Delivery expertise across the project life cycle from project conception to completion.Due to recent project wins we require Civil Supervisors / Structures Supervisors to join our team to carry out the supervision on our TMR and local council road rehab and bridge upgrade projects. Current project locations are within an easy commute from Brisbane, Ipswich, or Toowoomba.
These projects will run for approx 12 months and we have a strong project pipeline ahead of us, work / life balance rosters, above award salaries with vehicle, fuel card, site uplifts, and accommodation all provided if required.
Projects we’ve successfully delivered include flood recovery works, streetscapes, road construction / upgrades, bulk earthworks, bridges, and water infrastructure.
We're after people who are professional, hands-on, and come with exceptional planning and leadership skills.
We’re a supportive team with a direct line of contact to the Directors, a new fleet of vehicles, and we can offer all-inclusive salary packages.
Ideal Candidates Will Have
At least 5-10 years’ experience as a Civil or Structures Supervisor or Leading Hand, particularly on TMR / roads / bridge / drainage projectsExperience in supporting Project Managers and Engineers in the successful delivery of projectsAbility to read drawingsKnowledge of quality, environmental and work health and safety management systemsStrong written/verbal communication skillsDemonstrable Computer literacy commensurate with acceptable industry standardsAny Industry qualifications will be an advantage & highly regardedMust be prepared to travel if required
