About the Role
As a 2IC in our thriving Keilor practice, you’ll play a key role in providing high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. You will work closely with the Practice Manager and support each other to ensure the smooth running of the practice. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.
Skills & Experience
You have:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Must have at least a Certificate III
- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirable
You are:
- Flexible with a can-do attitude within a very busy practice
- Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
- An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
- Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
