About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for making things happen. You’ll play a pivotal role in growing our brand, engaging with the sales team and dealerships, ensuring seamless operations for JB Group Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications:
Creating a suite of marketing collateral for use across Caravan Shows & Dealerships. Brochures, POS, Social Media, Videos, Merchandise and improving on existing materials.Creating and maintaining web pages within the JB Group.Flexible to work with all marketing platforms, radio, print & digital.Manage and grow our social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, YouTube etc…Creative Posts / Stories / Events / Reels for Shows & DealershipsBring in creative ideas to enhance the current designs and formats.Coordinate with the sales team and Dealerships to understand the key selling points of the Caravans & Motorhomes and integrate them in all the marketing communications.Perform market research to generate insights on the industry which will help better market our products.Supporting Sales team and dealerships for shows and dealerships in mainting all marketing collateral. Brochures, Flags, POS, Sales Collateral.Attend Photoshoots to help create content for all marketing collateral.Provide support during events, ensuring smooth operations.
About You
You’ll be a perfect fit if you:
Have a experience in the task listed above roles.Are a tech-savvy multi-tasker with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Camera & Drone operation, Social Media tools for posting.Should have experience in working with any of the design tools to prepare brochures to print. File Preparation and setup for print artwork.Should have prior experience working on website content.Past experience in creative writing will be an added advantage.Prior experience in handling Social Media Marketing would be preferable.Any experience in photo/video editing using Adobe tools or other software would be an added advantage.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Are highly organised with strong attention to detail.Thrive under pressure, working in a fast-paced environment, and love meeting deadlines.A great attitude to learning and service delivery.
