About your new career:
Join our esteemed Estimating team, driving innovation and excellence in the homebuilding sector. As a Business Estimator (BOQ's), you'll be pivotal in our operations, ensuring precise and timely cost estimations for residential construction projects.
Reporting to the Business Estimating Manager, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise workflow efficiency and meet monthly sales and production targets. Your keen attention to detail and proactive coordination skills will be fundamental in providing accurate estimates for our diverse product range.
A little about you and your experience:
Your passion for the industry is evident, and you thrive in collaborative environments that recognise your contributions. As an experienced Estimator, you bring:
- A robust understanding of the building process and estimating techniques
- Knowledge of legislative requirements in residential construction
- Proficiency in Estimating software and manual take-offs
- Methodical work ethic with acute attention to detail
