About the role

Reporting to the Key Account Manager – On Premise, you will be at the forefront of shaping the On-Premise experience, bringing unforgettable wine-led moments to life in key venues. You'll take the lead in executing TWE’s National On-Premise strategy, building strong customer partnerships, and driving brand presence in some of the most exciting hospitality spaces.

  • Cultivate and grow key customer relationships through strategic business plans.
  • Identify and secure new On-Premise opportunities in pubs, bars, and restaurants.
  • Negotiate trading terms to drive profitability and strengthen brand equity.
  • Maximise product representation and activation opportunities.
  • Oversee seamless account management and collaborate cross-functionally for success.

About you

You are a commercially savvy and results-driven professional with a passion for wine and ability to build strong customer relationships. Your skills to negotiate, influence, and identify new business opportunities sets you apart in the dynamic On-Premise landscape.

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or key account management, preferably in liquor.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Commercially astute with a deep understanding of business financials.
  • Confident in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Passion for wine, particularly in the luxury segment, is highly regarded.
