The customer support officer plays a key role in supporting the Accounts Receivable Team by handling a high volume of inbound calls and communications from customers and internal team members
This position will assist customers in processing payments, addressing minor disputes and reconcile payments. Ensuring a healthy cash flow and fostering positive customer relationships
Coached by an experienced AR Manager and supported by the wider team as part of a collaborative local onshore shared services function
About you
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service role. Ideally with some exposure to support accounts receivable processes such as dealing with queries, dispute management, invoicing, reconciliations and/or collections itself
Regardless you will have strong communication and soft skills
