This is an opportunity for a passionate real estate professional to work with a small tight knit and professional team. Our preference is for an experienced property manager. There may also be the option to work part-time. It is ESSENTIAL that you have current or recent experience in the real estate industry, hold a real estate registration & have a proven dedication to professional customer service. Experience with “Property Me” & “Agent Box” will be highly regarded.
Duties include;
Management of a small portfolio of quality, permanent rental properties
Assistance with a small, upmarket holiday rental portfolio
Provide exceptional communication with both landlords & tenants
Prepare and renew leases
Rental arrears control
Entry & exit property condition reports
Routine Inspections
