About the role
This role is a part-time role that will suit someone who is able to attend our office on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For the right individual, the hours can be managed to suit uni students or carers managing school pick up/drop off. You will be integral to keeping our office safe and running smoothly. In addition, you will provide administrative support to our teams.
Key responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and organising couriers and deliveries.
- Collecting and distributing mail.
- Answer the door to visitors, managing the visitors log and ensuring security of entry points.
- Maintain meeting rooms and setting up rooms for meetings if required.
- Floor safety audits.
- Upkeep of kitchen including fruit and milk orders, coffee machine, managing cleaners, stocking fridges and pantry with office snacks and supplies, tea towel cleaning.
- Organising catering and events.
- Stationary update and ordering.
- Administrative support to Perth office teams, comprising Legal, Risk and Compliance, IT Development and Client Liaison.
- Assisting with domestic and international travel and accommodation bookings.
Required skills, attributes and experience
This position is suited to an individual with prior experience working in an office environment with strong administrative skills. You will demonstrate initiative, excellent time management, attention to detail and a friendly and positive approach. Experience or interest in paralegal work is a welcome bonus.
