Core to the functions of the COO is a focus on customer. Every single process that we execute has a significant impact on customer experience. The COO includes Retail Operations, Business & Institutional Operations, Market Operations and Financial Crime Operations.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our General Manager Home Buying, Bankwest Retail Lending Operations and Consumer Finance Operations. This team is integral in supporting CBA and Bankwest customers with loan support across credit cards, personal loans and home lending and strive to deliver world class customer service and operational outcomes. It is a national portfolio with operations across Sydney and Perth.
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high levels of business, administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diary and inbox management – scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring an efficient use of time.
- Coordinating internal/external meetings with clients/stakeholders – including liaising with other EAs and arranging meeting room bookings.
- Arranging events/functions/offsites/team building events (including catering where required).
- Participation in meetings – coordinating agendas, actions and tracking.
- Coordinating domestic travel arrangements.
- Provide adhoc team support as required
We're interested in hearing from people with the following:
- Superior skills in Microsoft Office tools, including MS Teams conferencing.
- Previous Executive Assistant experience.
- The ability to manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and be flexible
- High level of pragmatic professionalism – face to face, over the phone and through correspondence
- Self-motivation, a pro-active style with exceptional attention to detail and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service.
