Do Work that Matters
As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:

Concierge and welcome calls

Missed payments and early-intervention collections

Simple customer service enquiries

We currently have Casual positions, with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.

Hours and training
To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:

Provide a minimum of 10 hours availability per week

You must be available to work from our Eveleigh office, once a fortnight (more during training)

Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 5 weeks , 3 days per week, 5 hours per day.

Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period

Outside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability
