Your part in our Blue Care team
We have an opportunity available for an energetic, passionate and highly capable Administration Officer to join the team at Stagpole Street Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Centre (SSDARU)
SSDARU provides residential alcohol and other drug rehabilitation services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Services are delivered by Pinangba, an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-led arm of UnitingCare. The service is based on a modified family therapy model.
Your part in our team
As an Hospitality Officera key support role to the delivery of our services, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are run efficiently and our clients and residents receive an exceptional experience.
You will:
- Supporting senior hospitality staff members with daily operations which may include housekeeping and laundry services
- Preparing, cooking and delivering food in adherence with Australian food safety standards and dietary Requirements of our residents
- Being required to uphold impeccable hygiene standards.
What makes a difference for us?
- Prior hospitality experience in kitchen or cleaning

- Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
