About the Role:
SFI Australia is on the lookout for a reliable, hard-working Project Site Storeman to join our team on a casual basis. This role will see you working across two major projects—first in Lithgow, NSW (approx. 2 months), then in Geelong, VIC (approx. 4 months). If you’re organised, have solid stores/warehouse experience, and know your way around industrial tools and equipment, we want to hear from you!
The Projects:

Lithgow, NSW (2 months) – Accommodation provided OR LAHA available if you prefer to arrange your own.

Geelong, VIC (4 months) – Ideally looking for someone living in the area as LAHA/accommodation is not available.

Roster: 6 days on, 1 day off.
Description
What You’ll Be Doing:

Working in the site store during shutdown maintenance projects.

Handing out and receiving tools/equipment used by tradespeople.

Keeping the site store organised, safe, and stocked.

Providing friendly and efficient customer service to site personnel.

Using SFI Kiosk software for accurate tracking and inventory.

Reporting shortages or potential issues to the Store Manager.

Receiving and checking incoming goods for damage/discrepancies.

Unloading, labelling, and storing items correctly.

Safely operating materials handling equipment.
Skills And Experiences
What We’re Looking For:

Stores/warehouse experience.
-
Strong knowledge of industrial tools and equipment.

Trade background (preferred – will help with tool/equipment knowledge).

Reasonable computer skills.

Great customer service skills.

A solid work ethic and reliability (6-day work weeks for 6 months is no joke!).

Forklift licence (bonus but not essential).

A good sense of humour—because let’s be honest, it makes long workdays way better!
