We are looking for Dental Assistants who are passionate, dedicated and customer centric to join our permanent OR casual pool of dental assistants to work across our practices across Melbourne.
- Willing to travel to our Bupa Dental Practices across Melbourne (CBD, Elsternwick, Brighton, Moorabbin, Malvern, Glen Waverley, Blackburn, Doncaster, Camberwell, Kew, South Melbourne) Work at all or just a few, you choose!

- We're looking for someone who is passionate and thrives on patient care
- Dental Experience is required
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
The Heart of the Role:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management
What you'll bring:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work across our Melbourne practices
- Drivers Licence, Car and willingness to travel
- Dental Assisting experience required - minimum 6 months
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
- ‘Can do’ attitude
