About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Floor Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse in Ashbourne. You will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 15 staff, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining high operational standards, and fostering a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and coordinate a team of 15 staff, including shift planning and performance monitoring.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure daily warehouse operations run smoothly, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and stock organization.
- Quality Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
- Health & Safety: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Warehouse or Distribution Manager.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing a small team of approximately 15 individuals.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with staff, customers, and suppliers.
