Join Our Organisational Change Team! We’re at an exciting stage of growth at HESTA, and as part of our Organisational Change team, you will play a key role in supporting the business through enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.


You’ll focus on the people side of change, working collaboratively with all levels of the organisation to ensure a smooth and inclusive transition as we embrace both strategic business changes and necessary regulatory adjustments. This position is initially offered as a 12-month opportunity.


About You


With a collaborative mindset and extensive experience in change management, ideally within the superannuation or financial services sector, you bring a strong understanding of both organisational change and the impact of regulatory change. Your expertise in managing employee transitions and guiding teams through regulatory shifts will be essential as HESTA navigates an evolving business and compliance landscape.


You will have strong experience in:

  • Developing and delivering change management and communication plans, particularly in response to regulatory changes
  • Managing end-to-end change processes, including assessing impact, ensuring readiness, and addressing resistance
  • Supporting teams through both business transformations and regulatory changes, with a focus on people

With a proven record of successfully delivering complex, strategic change initiatives, you’ll bring your expertise to improving the retirement outcomes for over a million members. Skilled at presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders, you will be a trusted partner in driving successful change and maintaining strong relationships across the organisation
