About VHBA The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines

The Opportunity:

This role will be providing multi-faceted support to the Victorian Health Building Authority's (VHBA) Legal team and the broader Commercial and Legal team supporting multi-million-dollar redevelopments and new health infrastructure projects. If you are looking to work with a dynamic and supportive team that promotes working with a collaborative approach apply today! Some other aspects of this role are:

• Managing VHBA's legal practice and the maintenance of legal registers and templates
• Performing legal research tasks and administration tasks to support the VHBA legal team
• Drafting and reviewing a range of legal documentation for the procurement, development and delivery of VHBA's projects

We are looking for:

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to promote building stakeholder relationships and being able to present complex information in plain language
• Excellent organisational and matter management skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and have a keen eye of detail for review of legal documentation and correspondence
• Ability to draft clear and concise documentation for major projects
