Description
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- Process and enter high volumes of invoices, receipts, and payments accurately, ensuring customer accounts are up to date.
- Perform bank, debtor, and general ledger reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare reconciliation reports, support audits, and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to streamline data entry and reconciliation processes.
- Respond to AR-related queries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Profile
The successful candidate will have;
- Experience in an Accounts Receivable position, with proven exposure to reconciliations and data entry associated with AR.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team environment and maintain important stakeholder relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and motivation to excel within their role.
- Experience with various accounting software's is preferred, especially D365 (Not required)
