Position Description
The Data Analyst works across our data team, and is a highly-organised strategic thinker that is able to develop and implement data solutions independently and empowers team members to grow their data-to-business performance.
Objectives
Build a best-in-class data & marketing offering for the clients and Sparro. Develop and implement processes, structure and scale in established products and tools to achieve consistent growth in both client business and digital performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage data projects, working with various internal and external stakeholders to implement data led solutions for their clientsWork hands-on when required with BigQuery, SQL and APIsWork with internal teams to increase their data knowledgeWork with the business Partners to grow the business, positioning Sparro as Australia’s leading digital marketing agencyHelps train and develop skills of junior team members, supported by the Data & Strategy LeadBe an ambassador for the Sparro values and culture
Skills
High-level skills in data analysis and manipulationHands-on skills in BigQuery (or other cloud based system) & SQLStrong excel knowledgeAPI experience beneficialEffective client, stakeholder and staff managementAn advanced ability to independently plan, strategise, and mobilise to achieve a projectA confident and considered approach to problem solving and project management
