Role Description
This is a part-time Sales Estimator & Contracts Administration role located in Hornsby, NSW at Built To Matter Homes. The Sales Estimator & Contracts Administrator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, contracts administration, estimating process improvement, ongoing project budget tracking, and reporting/collaborating with the project manager and director to ensure project profitability and performance.
Qualifications
- Read and analyse construction plans, specifications, and drawings to build detailed cost estimates
- Previous experience in Residential Construction essential
- Experience building out/creating estimating systems is a plus
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
